Is It Bed Time?

It always seems like parents are asking each other "Is it bed time yet?" Once upon a time when we were all kids we avoided bed like the plague. Now? Please, please, please let it be bed time! As a parent here's what bedtime means.

1. Children are in bed (hopefully asleep)
2. Free time! (to do all those chores you didn't get to earlier)
3. Children are in bed (no more screaming)
4. Oh look, movie! Never mind...dish duty calls.
5. Children are in bed (no more mass crying for whatever)
6. Snuggle time? Ugh, it's to hot.
7. Children are in bed (no temper tantrums)
8. Maybe we get to actually sleep now!
9. Children are in...nope they're up now.
