When The Days Are Long

Let's face it my friends, sometimes the days are long and we just can't seem to do anything to make them go faster. It seems like it will never end and we are just not sure if we've got it in us to finish the day. What do you do during those long, brutal, and exhausting days? Do you keep thinking please, please, please let it be over already? Can't these people get I'm grumpy, or why do I have to deal with people at all? Can I go crawl in a corner and forget that the world exists? What about the infamous "will this day ever end"? Me? Well believe you me, I've had my fair share of long days and sometimes even longer nights. Most often it's because my little one is sick or generally cranky. Peace Offering

I bring a peace offering of laughter as I vanished for a while my dear bloggers. I'm so sorry. I've been so tired lately, and Sam has been quite the handful. So between that and Gamer coming home a couple of times as a surprise, it's been busy. I'm finally settling into a routine again though so that helps. I spent this morning cleaning house and finally am able to sit down have my cup of coffee and blog. Onto the amusing stories of a simple mama badger. The other day I was working on something or ruther my studio and I realized I didn't hear any noise coming from the living room. Being a mom, I know unless a child is asleep, silence is never a good thing. I wandered in knowing munchkin was safe in her playpen but wondering what she's doing. At first it all seemed normal, until I noticed the diaper is no longer on her, but sitting next to her....and covered in poo. Cocking my head, I suddenly discovered my child's hands, feet, and legs are covered in poop. ...
