A Day to Stop
Well ladies and gentlemen, it's official. Our little boy is healthy as can be! No signs of any major problems, and all looks right with the world for now! Gamer gets his cast off soon, and work is going fantastic for me. Sam is doing great. She's still terrible two-ing, but it will get better in time, and with my patience slowly coming back due to less stress, it's getting even better. She may be just under two, and not able to use full words for the most part but it doesn't stop her from back talking. Goofy kid, as if I'm going to allow that in my house, not a chance. She's learning though. Day by day she's gets better. For the most part she really is a good kid. Our boy is as strong and sometimes defiant as his sister. He makes himself known when he's not happy about how I'm laying, or standing, or what pants I'm wearing. He's kicking so hard you can watch my whole tummy move. Gamer and I were curled up next to each other laying flat last night and my tummy was totally lopsided because he had decided to lay on one side instead of the middle like he normally does. So every time he moved it was that much more pronounced. We just couldn't stop laughing.
Today we are going to spend the day just relaxing as a family and taking a much needed breather. Sam slept for almost 16 hours last night. I slept for nearly 15, and Gamer slept for about 10-11 hours. As none of us have slept all that well for the past month or so, I think we all needed it. I finally roused to find out how late it was, and was shocked I had slept so long. I rarely sleep past 10 or so. To finally rouse at 1 was crazy! Now that we are up, and fed, and much happier, we are going to head out and go Pokemon GO hunting. Something I am not usually into, but hey, if we get to do it as a family and get out and about to exercise, I won't complain to much. After that we will head to the store to get a couple of things for dinner and breakfast tomorrow. Then dinner, and a 20 minute movie for munchkin followed by bed for her. After that it's daddy and mommy's time for popcorn and a movie. NO cleaning, even though it's never ending, no stressing, even though it's always trying to get in, and NO ANYTHING BUT FAMILY TIME! For the first time in forever. I'm happy.
With that my bloggers, I bid adieu. It's time for my family day!
