Directionless

Well my bloggers, I finally dug my way out of the laundry pile I've been buried under the last week or so. While it was warm and soft, I'd rather not have to go back to being buried below 15 feet of laundry. Or at least that's what it felt like. I still have more to do, but I'm not drowning in it like before. However, it did give me a chance to watch some shows I've been dying to catch up on.
This weekend was a blast! My parents came over and man did we have some good food. So, here's a list of what we ate.

Friday night: Chicken Tikka Marsala with rice, and garlic roasted asparagus.
Saturday morning: Roasted red potato, bacon, Asiago Quiche.
Saturday lunch: Oysters, chowder, and clams from a little place up the road.
Saturday dinner: Bacon wrapped steak with potatoes (which were supposed to be roasted, but wound up being fries), and roasted fresh green beans with raspberry sauced cheesecake for dessert.

They left before I could make pancakes with strawberry sauce and whipped cream for breakfast on Sunday. All in all it was really good food. Until we all seemed to get sick from something or another. My mom and I went to Hobby Lobby. As a jeweler Hobby Lobby is a place of wonder and inspiration. Oh the things I came away with for a new line of jewelry. Faith, Hope, and Pixie Dust will be the new line. I can't wait to tackle it. Once its done, I'll ship it off to my seller and see what they sell like. I'll post some pictures of the finished product as soon as it's done. The design sketches are coming along nicely. SO SO SO EXCITED!!!

I know today's post is short, but if I'm entirely honest, today's post was not terribly inspired due to exhaustion. I'm bushed guys. Some days I don't even know how I'm going to make it through the day without passing out from being tired. But I'm a mom. So I push on and drink more coffee and keep going. Today is one of those days. Please forgive the lack of direction and the tiredness. I promise I get a better post out soon. In the mean time dear bloggers, get some sleep for me will you? Good night!
