OVER 100 PAGE VIEWS!!!!!!!
YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have over 100 page views bloggers!!!!!!! Doing the happy dance!!!!!!! Oh yeah, that's right, we are all doing the happy dance!!!! When I got on and saw how many page views from just today I couldn't believe it! I'm so excited!!! We are growing bloggers!!! I don't know about you but I say we celebrate! Me? I'm going to pop open a bottle of Coca Cola, and drink to our growth. Nope, I don't usually drink alcohol. I'm a lightweight so it's safer if I stay away. ;) What about you? How are you going to celebrate us growing?
Today has been a great day. Work was fun. I got an assignment that I can't wait to really get into. It will allow me to really show my colors so to speak. I work as a prep cook in a kitchen, and our season is kicking into high gear. I'm so excited to get back into the swing of things. Yes bloggers, I love to cook! Right now I've got my homemade chili in the crock pot simmering away for tonight's dinner. With a touch of this, a little of that, and a whole lot of love, it's going to be quite tasty if things turn out like they should. The secret to great cooking is simply putting in what smells good. If you think it should go in, toss a dab in and see what happens. If you hate it, throw it out and start over. My suggestion though, if you are not sure if you will like it, put a little in a bowl, toss what you think should go in, try it, and go from there. If it's a total flop, you haven't ruined the whole batch. Works every time for me. Also, don't be afraid to try new things. Seriously, some of the best dishes are thing you wouldn't think would go together. For example, honey in chili, or chili powder in spaghetti sauce, or lime juice on tacos. So go ahead, shoot for the stars, and if you miss, well at least you hit the moon!
The sun is out and the a light breeze is blowing in off the sound. Our author is gearing up to star shooting pictures for the cover of her first book to be published, and Scientist is off at work cooking up a storm. He too works in a kitchen, just not the same on I do. Gamer is enjoying a well earned day off, and little Mousey me is just enjoying the glow of over 100 page views! Did I mention I'm excited about over 100 page views? Just kidding, but seriously, I'm SO ecstatic!!!!
